Please remember to tell your friends, family and colleagues at work that BikeWise is taking place THIS Sunday at the new Police HQ.
This is the 21st BikeWise show and the first at the new Police HQ which is located in the same area as the old one at Aykley Heads, Durham DH1 5TT. Durham Constabulary is opening its doors to all members of the public young and old to come and enjoy a spectacular day of fun.
When the show was first launched in 1995 it was as a means of engaging with motorcyclists in the area, breaking down ‘barriers’ & helping to provide information in relation to rider safety & motorcycle crime. These aims have been achieved beyond our dreams and Durham Constabulary is seen by many as the most ‘biker friendly force in the country
However the show has grown over the twenty years it has been running and now has something of interest for ALL the family, not just the motorcycling orientated members…
Every year we get message and phone calls after the event from people who didn't know the show had been on, so this year we’re asking if you can take a couple of minutes today to let friends, family & work colleagues know that the BikeWise show is on THIS Sunday.
Admission for adults is as usual £2 with children admitted free
Full details of parking arrangements and all the attractions at the show can be found by CLICKING ON THE IMAGE ABOVE or visiting www.bikewise.org.uk or then clicking on the BikeWise 2015 icon
